Strategy[ | ]
Before its nerf Falcius was an excellent 3 drop and a staple in almost all Vetruvian decks. Now as 4 drop it is still playable but not seen as often anymore as before. Falcius is a versatile card: in the early game, it can help in getting board control; in the late game, it can provide the 2 extra damages which may be needed to end the match. The strongest synergy of Falcius is with Sajj's BBS: the combination of the two effects allows for doing at least 8 damages to an enemy minion, without taking any damage in return. Removing a dangerous opponent's threat, while sticking a 3/3 body on the board, is a good tempo swing, which often helps in getting a significant advantage in the game.
