== Definition == A "Tutor" effect describes when the player is enabled to look for a specific card into his deck and either put it in his [[Action Bar]] or directly in play. The name Tutor comes from Magic The Gathering's "Demonic Tutor" card, which famously implemented this mechanism. Duelyst has very few tutors by design, as their power can quickly lead to unbalanced combos. The available cards have narrow applications to limit their overall impact on game balance.
